How do I receive my Digital Guide?

After you purchase a Digital Guide, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email containing a link to the PDF file. The PDF file contains your private link to the Digital Guide you purchased.

Please check your junk, spam, and promotional folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

What does the PDF contain?

A private link that will take you directly to your purchased Digital Guide hosted on the Mindtrip Platform.

If you have purchased a Japan guide, you will also receive our “Japan Travel Companion” a complimentary Digital Magazine offering our personal tips and advice for traveling to Japan.

How do I view and use the PDF?

Once you’ve downloaded the PDF copy the file to a smartphone or tablet device for quick access. The PDF itself can now be viewed offline, to view any videos or external website links you will need to use data to access them.

What if I purchased a guide through Thatch, can I get a copy of the digital magazine?

Yes! forward us the receipt of your purchase and we’ll send you a link to download the digital magazine.
