Return/Exchange Policy

My shop items are printed per customer order.
I cannot do returns or exchange based on incorrect sizing.

Since I am a small shop, I do not keep overflow stock. Each item is freshly custom printed when place your order.
Backpacks take a little longer as they are first printed onto a fabric, and then that fabric is sewn together.
Please carefully read the size charts,
or
email me if you have specific questions about the fit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect order, or the item is damaged,
 I will absolutely replace it with a new one.
Please email me with the photo of the item and your order number.


My shirt smells like vinegar?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie,  you might notice a vinegar smell
or an off-white residue on the clothing that looks like a stain. 

Don't worry, that's not unusual -
all inks used in the creation of my clothing are water-based and eco-friendly. 

Because of that, my print shop uses a special solution that is applied during the printing process and it is not permanent, both the smell and/or any discolouration will disappear after the first wash.
